Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada, an Afghan American actor in the United States has appeared in numerous television shows. She was raised in Northern Virginia, and is the middle child of twin sisters. She is the middle of of two siblings and was brought up within Northern Virginia. Ghanizada began her on-air camera career being featured in several National Commercials. Ghanizada was portrayed by Chiara in the Laura Neri movie A Kiss on the Nose (2003). For this performance, she was nominated at the Cannes Film Festival for the Best Actress Award. The roles she played on television include How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Bones Psych and Castle. Most recently, she played the role of a support actress in the science fiction action film Blood Shot (2009) and the comedy series by independent filmmakers You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada began her career in General Hospital Prime-Time spinoff General Hospital. Season two of Nightshift, she played holistic doctor Dr. Saira Bastra. Ghanizada appeared as Kelly, the Prada girl in HBO's Entourage.
