In the summer months in 2021 there is a lot of uncertainty in how our work with society will include the much-valued connections between people that were enjoyed by Rotary participants in the past. While the "hands facing space" mantra is sure to become a regular routine at our organization, there's no doubt that a sense of confidence is developing, and more people are making face-to faces connections. Rotary is, however, having evolved. Rotary has changed. This has inspired us to improve our technology practices. Our company is online while also reintroducing our social and service activity. New possibilities have been combined with our best pre-pandemic practices to help create a brand new and promising future for Rotary. It was encouraging to learn that 75% of Rotary clubs are planning to carry on their "business like usual" routines. During the summer the majority of Rotary members have been out with their families and friends, working on various tasks, such as beach and river cleanings and litter pick-ups.
